Meet Jade

Hi, I’m Jade McNeil and I'm the founder of BEESPACE. I became an 'accidental' property developer around a decade ago - by living in old smelly houses, doing them up, and selling them on (aka flip projects, which I had no idea it was even called that at the time, ha!). Doing this helped me build up a personal cash-pot to start me off.

I’m a working class girl and saved my first deposit by moving in with my gran and selling anything I could on eBay. It’s such a common question "do you need money to start in property?" The simple answer is yes! But how do you create that starting pot? Well, in my case that took imagination and graft.

I really started to take my property development seriously in 2017, when I was made redundant from my corporate design role whilst on maternity leave with my daughter. After a failed attempt at a start-up in another industry, I decided to ‘give property a go’ and begin to self -educate about how to do it properly. I set up my Instagram account and never looked back

Brand Discovery

To discover who you are as a brand, we first need to get to grips with what makes you, YOU.

Prepare to uncover the beginnings of your visual identity, by discovering the things that inspire you on a personal level. During this stage of the programme, you'll be tasked with a fun external activity that will help you visualise your own identity and style.

Nailing Creative Direction

Our online hub is tailored to female property developers at all levels and strategies. We're confident that our content, community, and support will help those just starting out, as well as those who are more experienced but who are wanting to refresh their business. and brand.

Is The Hive Space exclusive to women?

You got it! Sorry guys. It's a proven fact that women are less likely to take action if they feel unprepared and this is particularly relevant with property development. Throughout my time as a mentor and consultant, I have seen many women doubt their abilities and their place in this industry, and I would love to help change that.

The over-riding goal of The Hive Space is to build a generation of confident, strong, and successful female property developers and so exclusivity is an important factor in creating a space where our members feel supported, seen, and comfortable enough to flourish in.
